You turn off the lane just after Endellion Church to go down a drive. From this, you look along the dramatic coast of North Cornwall, and over the lovely village of Port Isaac. This is one of the most popular holiday areas of Cornwall. Close by are cliffs, small beaches or larger sandy beaches such as Polzeath. There are pubs, restaurants and lots to do. However, at Pennant Farm - a traditional mixed farm - you are surrounded by fields and have the best of all worlds.
The Waggon House was renovated by experienced designers and is large and spacious. The layout is based around the large main kitchen/ family room. The ceiling stretches right up past timber beams to the corners of the roof. This room has TV with DVD, FreeView and CD player. There is akitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/drier, two bedrooms each with twin beds. The third, master bedroom has its own bathroom. The downstairs bathroom, utility, and one of the twin bedrooms are on a slightly lower level. The open plan stairs wind up the side of the main room to the first floor sitting room which has TV with FreeView and video. The sofa can be converted to a double bed. Oil fired central heating.
Outside, there is plenty of parking. The garden is not large, but has a barbecue, and there is plenty of space around the house and on the farm for children to play, wander or bike. There is a small pond about thirty yards from the house. Most of the house is on a single floor and therefore suitable for those less able to climb stairs.
Can be taken with another property, Josiah’s, to sleep 12.
