Amid glorious countryside at the end of a one mile farm track in the heart of the Weald of Kent, Three Chimneys Farm is a perfect hideaway for a relaxing country holiday. Still a working farm, with sheep, cattle and horses grazing in the fields, the accommodation here encompasses five self-catering cottages, sleeping from 2 to 9 people, and a B&B (two double rooms with en-suite bathroom).
An ideal base from which to explore leafy country lanes, visit stately homes, castles and delightful gardens which abound in this area, or enjoy a long leisurely lunch in one of the many village inns. Or you may prefer to stay on the farm and play tennis, enjoy the views, or walk in the forest.
All the cottages are stylishly and individually furnished, with dishwashers, washing machines, electric ovens and hobs, fridge freezers, microwaves, toasters, videos, stereos, and colour TVs. Bedlinen (duvets), tea towels and oven gloves are included; towels may be requested. There is ample parking, some cottages have an enclosed garden, some have a balcony or private patio, but all have use of the well kept grounds, with a badminton net, croquet, and tennis court. There is an unfenced pond in the grounds, 200 yards from the cottages.
Electricity is included from May to October, but charged at cost during the winter months. All central heating is electric, and all the cottages have wood burning stoves. Firewood can be purchased from us at £2.00 per basket. Barbecues can be supplied on request, and we can arrange baby sitters. One pet is accepted in two cottages.
