Notable even among so many desirable Southwold holiday houses, this is a semi-detached self catering cottage located close to the Summer Theatre, the
church, the lighthouse and the beach. Southwold pier and the high street are both a short walk away.

The cottage sleeps 5 to 6 people in three bedrooms, and among useful features singled out by readers are the sitting/dining room that opens on to a south-facing conservatory that in turn leads on to an enclosed garden with a patio, garden furniture and lawn.

There is gas central heating throughout, plus unrestricted parking in front of the property.

The cottage is fully booked for summer 2007 from 21 July and is not available thereafter for the rest of the year.
