holiday house in Aldeburgh sleeping 12 catches the eye,

have singled this one out. The beautiful, spacious Georgian
house is perfect for holidays (weekends available too)
with friends and family. In the centre of Aldeburgh, it
is surrounded by its own private walled gardens but is
only a short walk from the shops, the beach, excellent
restaurants, tennis courts, yacht and golf clubs.
There's an elegant south-facing drawing
room with an open fireplace, a study/TV room with open
fire, DVD and video, a large dining room, a large well-equipped
kitchen with full size oven, electric hob, dishwasher,
fully fitted cupboards and breakfast table. There are
three very large south-facing bedrooms plus a smaller
double. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an
en-suite bathroom. There are three further double rooms
- one with a super king size bed, one with a king size
bed and one with full size twins.
On the top floor, there are two sunny twin
bedrooms, a kitchen/dining area and a 4th bathroom. There
is also a single bedroom on the ground floor. The house
therefore sleeps 13 people in comfort.
