Of the three cottages, Cartlodge is free-standing and just a step away from the other two, Old Oak and Goat Willow. These two are linked via a large central hall with sofas and a fireplace: ideal when renting both cottages. Each cottage has a different layout, incorporating two bedrooms, a comfortable living room, and a well-equipped kitchen. Readers of the guide have loved the magnificent flower arrangements in each cottage.
The castle town of Framlingham is just four miles away, and the much-loved Suffolk Coast (don’t miss Aldeburgh, Southwold and Dunwich) is twelve miles to the east. Woodbridge is just a short drive. Each sleeps 4/5.
