| Blairquhan is a castle surrounded by a country estate situated in the beautiful wooded valley of the Water of Girvan in the south west of Scotland. On the estate there are seven delightful holiday cottages and a lodge sleeping 18, which are available all year round.
Enjoy walks and picnics anywhere on the property or fish on the river and lochs. The Championship Golf Courses of Prestwick, Troon and Turnberry are all within 20 miles, and there are many other, less testing, golf venues. Culzean Castle, the flagship property of the National Trust for Scotland, is 20 minutes away. The lodge and cottages are graded 2 or 3* by the Scottish Tourist Board.
