Shatton Hall Farm is a quiet and beautiful upland farm in the Derbyshire Peak District. Woodland and farm walks, a trout lake, extensive gardens and a hard tennis court are all there to be enjoyed by our holiday cottage visitors.
All three cottages -The Hayloft, Orchard and Paddock Cottages - were converted from stone barns on the farmstead, each with a garden or terrace. All three have been furnished in old pine and have well equipped kitchens, tiled bathrooms with showers and two double bedrooms - one a twin. Cots, high chairs and single folding beds are available. Short breaks in low season. Each sleeps four people.
Many features are common to all three cottages, but note that The Hayloft has a dining table that will seat eight, which is convenient if the cottage is booked together with Orchard. Access to a private garden is over a wooden bridge from the dining area.
Orchard, suitable for a young family, has a sheltered south-facing sitting area, while Paddock Cottage has an east facing terrace with lovely views.
