Kennall Vale Mills Ponsanooth, Cornwall Situated 10 miles west of Truro and about 7 miles north of Falmouth. Three granite stone holiday cottages in a peaceful woodland setting next to the river Kennall, in an area of outstanding natural beauty and world heritage site. The cottages are beautifully restored with wooden floors, handmade kitchens and include many original features. Outside there are riverside seats and attractive gardens around a mill leat. Visitors can walk in our private nature reserve, which features a wildlife conservation lake and bluebell woodland. We are part of the forest garden network set up by the Agroforestry Research Trust. Tours are available of our newly established organic forest garden project. Kennall Vale Mill Cottages are in a peaceful setting with country walks from the door, but within an easy drive to the north and south coasts and the cathedral city of Truro. Visitors will receive a friendly welcome from the owners and there will be fresh flowers and home made biscuits in the cottages.
