Welcome to Hele Barton Farm Cottages near Bude. Our 546 acre organic farm is set in stunning countryside of outstanding natural beauty. The secluded farm cottages offer superior self-catering holiday accommodation surrounded by meadows, woods, fishing lakes and ponds. These unique and attractive properties are tucked away at the end of our own private lane, yet only a few miles from the rugged coast, beaches, pretty harbours and coves of North Cornwall. Hele Barton Farm will particularly appeal to those guests who enjoy a quiet place to stay and appreciate natural surroundings, yet wish to be within easy reach of the coast. Wander through our pastures and woods and see an abundance of wildlife or enjoy carp fishing in our lake and ponds. Our outstanding properties, each with individual character, provide 'home from home' facilities. Our new, beautiful barn conversions offer superb accommodation and mostly en suite bath/shower rooms.

	The Old Farmhouse (sleeps 6) is an exquisite Grade II listed longhouse of exceptional charm and character.
	Mowhay Barn (sleeps 4) offers the luxury of two en suite bedrooms, one with a super king-size bed and double ended jacuzzi bath, the second bedroom has an en suite shower. Upstairs, the spacious accommodation reveals the original oak beams and rafters, blending with modern day comforts of a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful dining area and cosy furnishings. This lovely barn also offers outstanding views reaching across to the Atlantic Ocean.
	Buttermill Cottage (sleeps 2) enjoys unrivalled and far reaching country views.
	The Hayloft (sleeps 2) – stunning and spacious, this cottage is a must for romantics. The large, mezzanine bedroom overlooks the lounge with its wood burning fire. King-size bed, whirlpool bath and shower.
	Courtyard Stables (sleeps 2) has patio windows opening onto the courtyard. Spacious bedroom with king-size bed and luxury shower.
	Cider Barn (sleeps 6) full of rustic character, enjoys far reaching views. Master en suite bedroom with king-size bed and two other bedrooms with an additional bathroom. Most pets welcome. Coarse fishing on farm.
