Gulls Nest is a delightful detached holiday cottage, converted in June 2007 from a former artists studio to offer relaxing and comfortable accommodation. Located in the heart of central St Ives and yet quietly situated in a tucked away position off Tregenna Hill, Gulls Nest is just five minutes walk away from the award winning beaches, harbour, coastline and restaurants.
St Ives: Whilst fishing, farming and mining are the industries that shaped St Ives, it is now world famous for its award winning beaches, internationally renowned art galleries - including the Tate and Barbara Hepworth studios, craft shops and cosmopolitan restaurants. Whether you visit St Ives to surf, to explore the coastal walks, eat at its cosmopolitan restaurants, visit the numerous galleries, relax on the beaches, or simply to use it as a base to explore the innumerable nearby attractions such as The Eden Project, there is something to please every taste and age.
Gulls Nest: is a smart ‘plain-pied’ conversion offering absolutely pristine accommodation with modern décor and an exceptional standard of comfort. From the path leading to the cottage one enters into the modern kitchen with luxury wet room off. The kitchen opens, down two steps, into the spacious, airy and light lounge and dining area with delightful views over the town towards ‘The Island’. On the same level are the two comfortable bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds, both with fitted wardrobes and hanging space.
