These three ancient, but now renovated farm buildings about two miles from Fowey represent 'a little piece of heaven', a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Situated in a mediaeval farming hamlet, the buildings are of such interest that several archaeological investigations were made on the site.
The houses are nestled in a valley, about two miles from Fowey, surrounded by fields full of lambs and calves. Families will love to explore the 12 acres of land with fields, woods and a stream. There is a fishing village only a mile away with a great beach and pub; the Eden Project, Lostwithiel and Restormel Castle are close by.
Little Pinnock Pella (sleeps 4 to 6) has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large, high beamed living space with open fire, and a well equipped kitchen with gallery above. Parking for three cars.
The Old House (sleeps 6 to 8) has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large, high beamed living space with granite fireplace and gallery above, a well equipped kitchen with double oven. Parking for four cars.
The Long House (sleeps 5 to 7) has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large, high beamed living space with woodburning stove, and a well equipped kitchen with gallery above. Parking for three cars.
