Founded in 1978, we pride ourselves on being a small and friendly local company and we hope you will allow us to help you find your dream holiday home. Based in Maenporth, just outside Falmouth, we are always on hand should you need us.

All our self-catering holiday properties are within a 10 mile radius of Falmouth and include some truly beautiful unspoilt hamlets and villages such as Durgan, Bareppa, Feock, Mawnan Smith and the Helford River area.

Most properties enjoy a view of the water and all are within easy reach of beaches along this stunning coastline.

From ultra-modern waterside apartments to quaint fishermen’s cottages and five star luxury farmhouses, we have something to suit every taste and budget. Several of our cottages are dog friendly and some welcome more than one dog.

Together with a comprehensive website (with live availability and online booking facility), we produce a FREE colour brochure and are always available to offer advice to ensure we find a property to match your requirements.
