Our six spacious barn conversions at Rookery Farm (a family-run, working, arable farm) lie between two unspoilt Norfolk villages, and two miles inland from Sheringham and the coast. There is also a large field for five caravans - with electric hook-up - and tents.
Five of the six barns are located around a garden courtyard, each with its own private patio, lawn and herb garden. The sixth (The Bolt Hole) is a short distance away in the village. There is a small play area for younger children. Two of the properties are entirely on the ground floor, and most have ground floor wetrooms.
There are good local pubs, restaurants and village shops nearby. There's excellent walking, with four miles of footpaths almost from the doorstep. Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement. A complementary welcome pack of home made cake, milk, locally produced fruit juice, tea, locally baked bread and homemade jam awaits your arrival.
The barns include all bedding (except cots) and towels (not beach towels); fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer; laundry facilities; flat screen TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, CD player, some with iPod dock; free wireless broadband; central heating; woodburners in some barns; garden furniture and barbecue; garden stocked with herbs for your use; cot, stairgates, high chairs and fire guards; parking for several cars.
