Keld Head Farm Cottages were created in 1989 from a group of traditional stone built stables and barns arranged around a courtyard, tastefully and expertly restored by local craftsmen. Each of the nine cottages has its own individual style and layout, varying from single storey and two storey to 'upside down', and will accommodate from 2 up to 8 people.
Many of the original features have been retained and the cottages have open beamed ceilings, traditional stone fireplaces and pantile roofs. All the cottages have access to large, private gardens with garden furniture and a children’s play area.
Pigeon Cote is single-storeyed. The entrance hall opens into a spacious sitting room with open beamed ceiling and a stone fireplace with a living flame gas fire. The dining-kitchen has a dishwasher. One double bedroom has a four poster bed; the other bedroom has a double and single bed. There's a bathroom with w.c., hand basin and bath with shower.
