Situated directly on the Lleyn Coastal path, this cottage is next door to a small, seasonal, seafood restaurant. It lies off a country lane leading from Aberdaron village to the Bardsey Island viewpoint at Mynydd Mawr (the end of the road and Wales!). Surrounded by farmland, the cottage enjoys glorious country and sea views, with mountains in the distance.
The front door leads into a glazed sunroom with dining table and chairs, then through an old ship's door to an entrance hall off which there is a ground floor double bedroom, a snug lounge with TV and DVD, an open fireplace, library shelves, and French doors into the sun-room.
There's a fully fitted galley kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, and fridge. Beyond the kitchen two steps up lead to a bathroom with electric shower over bath. Off the kitchen is a snug dining room with table and chairs and dresser.
A steep staircase (not suitable for the very young, elderly or infirm) leads to two crog-loft bedrooms: 1 with double bed and 1 with single bed, both of which have windows with far-reaching sea views. There is a small country garden with seating area to the front of the cottage, and a lawn at the back.
