Local attractions include Trefriw Woolen Mill, Roman Spa Waters, Conwy RSPB. centre, Bodnant Gardens, Conwy Castle, Bettws-y-Coed and Llandudno. Snowdon and the Isle of Anglesey are both just an hour's drive.
Accommodation includes a fully fitted farmhouse style kitchen/breakfast room with dishwasher and all mod cons, a separate dining room, a big sitting room with a log burner in a huge inglenook with comfortable seating, TV/DVD, and patio doors leading out to a small patio and lawned front garden. Upstairs is a family bathroom, two twin bedded rooms and a shower room, and a large main bedroom with king-size bed.
