The single-storeyed cottage has an open plan sitting room/kitchen/dining room, a twin and a double bedroom, all on the ground floor and can accommodate wheelchair users with an assistant. There is central heating from the adjacent house, hi-fi and CD player, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV and video. All linen, towels and electricity included. The cottage has its own private walled garden.

Shops, swimming, tennis and riding are three miles away, a pub, bus stop and café are just half a mile. Golf is just 500 yards away.
