This wonderful five-star holiday house has uninterrupted views down the coast to Bamburgh Castle and Holy Island.  

The house, which sleeps six, is part of an innovative conversion of the Grade 2 listed maltings on the harbourside. Period features have been retained including original timber roof beams, polished floorboards, deep window sills and a fantastic roof-top mezzanine floor.  Other features include luxury bathrooms, designer soft furnishings, contemporary fitted kitchen, broadband wi-fi, and highly effective central heating.

The accommodation is arranged over four floors:

On the ground floor there is a king-size double bedroom with wall-mounted TV. Spacious en-suite shower room. Utility Room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

First floor bedroom with zip-and-link mattresses for twin beds or super-king double, Juliet balcony overlooking the sea. Further twin bedroom. Bathroom with Jacuzzi bath with shower over, toilet and hand-basin.

The second floor has an open plan lounge area with leather corner sofa, armchairs, home cinema media unit with 40-inch screen, dining table and chairs seating six, sideboard. Contemporary fitted kitchen with integrated Siemens appliances.

The third floor mezzanine incorporates a glass-walled studio space with desk and chairs, and armchairs. Wi-fi and laptop for guest use.

There is a designated parking space to the side of the property. To the rear there is a large communal garden with sea views.
