The Old Cello Workshop is a beautifully converted split level holiday home just a five minute walk from Richmond town centre and five minutes walk from the River Swale and woodland walks.

Historic Richmond is on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park on the banks of the River Swale with numerous attractions, including striking Norman Richmond Castle, the Georgian Theatre Royal and a host of specialist shops, restaurants and inns around the town's central square, plus a newly opened cinema and restaurant complex. James Herriot country and Thirsk and the market towns of Leyburn and Northallerton are within easy reach of the property.

The Old Cello Workshop is around 300 years old. This character four star graded holiday home is now a spacious luxury cottage accommodating up to six guests. Features include roof windows creating maximum natural light ideal for artists, writers and readers. Views of the castle keep and Culloden Tower are visible from the roof windows. Well behaved dogs are welcome and the house is non smoking throughout. Lets are weekly from Saturday to Saturday, with short breaks available on request. Parking is available for one car, with further street parking nearby. A choice of walks and trails are direct from the cottage including nearby access to Wainwright's Coast to Coast Walk.
