The Old Bakery
Blakeney
A lovely flint and tile family cottage in the idyllic village of Blakeney, an ideal location for those interested in sailing, walking, bird-watching, cycling and golf. The picturesque quayside is a 300-yard walk from the cottage, giving access to many acres of National Trust marshland and the seal colonies at Blakeney Point.
'Blakeney is a jewel (writes Good Holiday Cottage Guide editor Bryn Frank) and this cottage is one of the most welcoming, charming and characterful we know there. Just three minutes' walk from the so-chic harbour, it's quiet and spacious.'
The cottage is well equipped and furnished and has three double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen/breakfast room, dining room and sitting room with wood burning stove and grand piano! There is a south-west facing courtyard and parking (free) to the rear. Included is free wireless broadband and free landline phone calls.
The Georgian former market town of Holt is approximately 5 miles inland and offers some of the best shopping in North Norfolk.
