Cottage in the West Norfolk Fenlands is a charming
and cosy period property, recently refurbished with
many authentic antiques and period features. It
is located within easy reach of rural, coastal and
historical sites of interest, equidistant from Cambridge,
Norwich and Lincoln, ideal for hikers, bikers, riders,
heritage buffs and beach babes.
Whilst retaining its period character, the house
offers modern convenience and cosy, centrally heated
accommodation for 2 to 6 people.
There are two double bedrooms upstairs (one 4’
6” standard double and one 4’ small
double bed) and a large bathroom. Downstairs the
small entrance porch leads into a large lounge with
sofas, books, stereo, grand piano, fireplace with
living flame fire and farmhouse kitchen with range,
microwave-combination oven, washer/dryer and fridge.
At the rear the Chinese Drawing Room can be converted
into a standard double bedroom if necessary with
a convenient bathroom adjacent. Behind the property
is a large patio with seating and barbeque facilities
and the well fenced gardens bask in summer sun throughout
the day.
