Nestling in Polly Joke Valley, Nanis lies on the edge of the National Trust's Cubert Common. This offers miles of unrestricted walking, yet is close to two lovely beaches (Porth Joke and Crantock Bay). The newly refurbished cottage is of the highest standard, with south-facing gardens bordered by a stream and surrounded by mature trees. There is a private patio and ample parking for at least three cars.
Within walking distance of the South West Coastal Path, the cottage offers spacious self-catering accommodation with all modern conveniences in a tranquil and beautiful setting. It is also within easy walking distance of the village of Crantock, with its pubs, churches, shop and art galleries.
There are two double bedrooms, a sun lounge with a 5ft sofa bed, sitting room with TV, DVD player and log burner, dining room, fully fitted kitchen, luxury bathroom and separate cloakroom. A selection of videos, DVDs and games is available for guests' use. All bedding is provided, including sheets, duvets and duvet covers (cot linen excluded). Cot and high chair available on request.
