Docklow is in easy reach of Ludlow, one of the handsomest towns in England. There are National Trust mansions and gardens nearby, and the cathedrals at Hereford and Worcester are easily accessible.
Manor cottage is romantic and peaceful and has an open plan kitchen/living room which once formed part of the manor's kitchen wing. There is a beautiful inglenook fireplace containing a wood burning stove. It has use of its own private garden with table, chairs and barbecue. Upstairs has the bedroom with its four poster bed.
There is accomodation for cycling, walking, bird watching, horse riding and fishing can be arranged at Docklow Pools making it ideal for an activity holiday and with wonderful views to boot. Leominster, not far away is known for its antique shops. There are several working farms nearby which allow children to milk the cows and feed the lambs. Goal nets, a trampoline, table tennis and table football are available by arrangement.
