and ski-ing, being close to the Cairngorm and Lecht ski
resorts.
The house is well furnished and equipped and offers an
excellent holiday location set against a backdrop of spectacular
scenery.
Accommodation
The property sleeps up to 8 in three doubles and a twin
bedroom. There is a good sized lounge with a stylish black
leather suite, colour TV, video, stereo, CD player and an
open fire for which coal is supplied, a smart dining room
with a table for 8 people and doors to the garden, a modern
fitted kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge and separate
freezer, microwave and dishwasher, utility room with washing
machine and tumble dryer, cloakroom with toilet and basin,
bathroom with corner bath, shower, toilet and basin, plus
en-suite shower to the main bedroom. Garage for storage
and plenty of off-road parking, lawned garden.
Location
Aviemore offers shopping facilities for the outdoor enthusiast,
a range of gift and craft shops, and a number of retailers
offering the day to day essentials. The village is also
well served by a variety of cafes, restaurants, pubs and
bars with international and local cuisine. It is 36 miles
from Inverness Dalcross Airport. Attractions in the area
include the Cairngorm Mountain Railway, Loch Morlich for
watersports or sunbathing in the summer, working highland
estates offering various activities, plus numerous whisky
distilleries and castles.
