From a comfortable but naturally not large, double bedroom, on the ground floor, you ascend a 'ship's ladder' to the first floor where you can hide yourselves from the world. From a balcony overlooking the water you will probably see kingfishers, and in late autumn see salmon jumping the weir.
There are deep and comfortable sofa/chairs, a kitchenette with dining bar, lots of warmth, and a high beamed ceiling. TV. Dogs by arrangement. Cost: about £183 to £354. Linen provided.
