| From their office on a neat, cobbled slope leading down to Lymingtons quayside, this well established and very welcoming organisation handles around a hundred carefully vetted properties in and around the New Forest.
On the Solent foreshore, with views across to the Isle of Wight, is Sowley Gate House (sleeping 10). This spacious holiday home stands in a large garden surrounded by open forest and farmland with direct access to a private shingle beach.
Also in the forest is Dell Cottage (sleeping 7), tucked away along a lane, yet within five minutes walk of a country pub and just a short drive from Lyndhurst. The cottage has recently been extended and could comfortably accommodate two families.
Facing Lymingtons Town Quay and fishing boats, yachts and cabin cruisers on the river is a stylish second floor flat in Admirals Court. The large sitting room/diner has a picture window and a glazed enclosed balcony (sleeps 6). A few miles west in Shinglebank Drive at Milford on Sea, a Spanish-style house (sleeps 8), part of a modern terrace development by Christchurch Bay, has direct access to the beach and views of the Isle of Wight. Solent Reach (sleeping up to 20 in total) is a newly built mews of four cottages in a rural situation south of Lymington with lovely walks along the nearby Solent coast. The Coach House has been owned by the same family for over 150 years and is set in a lovely rural situation on the southern side of Lymington.
Between Lymington and Beaulieu, Bee Garden is a spacious thatched bungalow (sleeping 6) in the tiny village of Norley Wood: it has a pleasant open plan sitting/dining room and a spacious and well-screened garden. Ponies also graze immediately outside Badgers Walk, a cottage (sleeping 5) in the forest outside Burley. Hawthorne Cottage on the outskirts of Brockenhurst, is a delightful Victorian cottage (sleeping 3) overlooking a sweep of open forest perfect for a romantic week.
