A traditional Welsh stone and slate property backing onto Forestry land and conveniently located in the main village centre of Betws-y-Coed within the Snowdonia National Park, and central for all of Snowdonia's outdoor pursuits. Shops and restaurants are only a minute or so away by foot.
With five separate bedrooms and an adjoining toddlers room, this holiday house comfortably sleeps 11. The property also benefits from en-suite bathrooms, a superb sauna/steam room and broadband internet connection plus Sky TV in some rooms.
The accommodation comprises:
Bay fronted lounge overlooking fields to the River Llugwy and beyond to the forest, topped by Clogwyn Cyrall, a prominent rocky outcrop. TV with Sky, DVDs and books. Bay fronted dining room with a large kitchen table and chairs, and further comfy chairs. A comfortable and adequately furnished snug with additional heating. The kitchen (and attached utility room) are fully fitted with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, tumble drier, microwave and oven.
On the first floor landing there is a modern "Super Room" comprising a Finnish sauna and steam room. Separate w.c. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and w.c. There are two further double bedrooms on the first floor, one with en-suite shower and w.c. A further bedroom has two single beds. A second staircase leads to another master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom and w.c. An open adjoining room contains a single ‘toddler’ bed and a cot.
Outside there are facilities for bicycles and enclosed outside storage for boots, raincoats etc. There is a small garden to the front of the property and a large terraced garden to the rear, with lawns and flower beds. There is off-street parking for two cars, plus on-street parking immediately outside the property.
Bedclothes, duvets, towels, linen, pillows, crockery, cutlery and pans etc are provided. Central heating, gas fire heating and lighting included. Double glazed throughout.
