Westley Farm Cottages
Chalford, Stroud, Gloucester
| Five cottages are scattered over an old-fashioned Cotswold hill farm where concern for the wild environment combine comfortably with raising cattle and sheep. There are spectacular views over the well-wooded Golden Valley. Cottages are regularly visited by badgers, who expect to be fed, and by foxes and an occasional deer. The farm is bounded by an old canal which is the starting point for a variety of spectacular walks. Within a few minutes drive are a dozen picture postcard villages like Sapperton, Bisley and Minchinhampton. Cirencester and Stroud are both six miles away.
All cottages have log fires, clothes washing facilities, etc. Riding, gliding, golf, etc. are close by.
