The house's fifteen acres of garden and grounds are idyllic with a lovely lake. The cottages are full of antique furniture and you can order 'Cordon Bleu' home cooked meals. There is an all-weather tennis court, table tennis, croquet, an outdoor pool (available June/July/August), excellent riding and clay pigeon shooting.
The cottages sleep from 2 up to 11. Cost: about £275 to £1540. Linen, towels and heating included. TV/videos. CD/radio/cassette players.
