The bungalow is in the small village of Epping Green between Epping and Harlow in the Essex countryside, yet only 16 miles from London, and is ideal for business or holidays. Conveniently situated for M25/M11/M1 motorway links, under an hour’s drive from Heathrow and Gatwick, and just 30 minutes from Stansted and City Airports. The Central Line tube (3.5 miles at Epping) takes 40 minutes to central London. The bungalow accommodation is all on ground floor level, but is not adapted for disabled users
There is a modern fitted kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and electric oven. The bedroom has two single beds, one of which is electrically adjustable for height and posture with deep memory foam mattress for those with impaired mobility or back problems, an en-suite shower and separate w.c. in hallway with vanity unit and basin. Lounge with Sky TV, dvd/cd player and radio, wi-fi internet access, two sofas, dining table and four chairs, french doors leading to a small enclosed garden with patio table and chairs. Private parking on the driveway for one car.
The village is located in Epping Forest land and has many pleasant walks nearby, there are also two village pubs serving food within 100 metres of the bungalow.
