New this season Bantam and Ixworth Cottages are superbly converted 18th Century barns in the original farm courtyard of this working smallholding.

The cottages are centrally heated, sleep 4-6 and offer extremely comfortable, well-appointed accommodation. Each cottage has an open plan living/dining/kitchen, separate cloakroom, two double bedrooms, bathroom and private garden with barbeque. Appliances include dishwasher, microwave, power shower, TV/DVD. There is a separate laundry room.

We can be found on the outskirts of the historical market town of Ottery St Mary, in the beautiful Otter Valley. The Jurassic Coast of East Devon, with its wonderful beaches, is a short 6 mile drive and the City of Exeter some 11 miles away, making Ottery St Mary the perfect holiday base.
