 We are a family-run business offering a wide range of self-catering accommodation including cottages, flats and houses. All are within the National Park including Ambleside, Grasmere, Keswick, Patterdale, the Langdale Valley, Bowness-on-Windermere, Coniston and Hawkshead. The properties range from Visit Britain Two to Five Stars, and all our Lakeland properties include free leisure club membership. Most are open all year round.
 Huntingstile South is a substantial country property formerly in the Wordsworth family. It is furnished to a high standard and offers fine views of Grasmere Lake from its principal rooms, sleeps 8.
Just a short stroll from Grasmere Village is Goody Bridge Cottage, a cosy single storeyed cottage with its own garden, sleeps 2.
Bakestones Cottage, in Ambleside, is a characterful property with exposed beams, oak lintels and a delightful little balcony off the sitting room, sleeps 4.
 Exclusively let and managed by Heart of the Lakes, Underscar near Keswick offers a small number of luxury holiday homes, sleeping 2 up to 8, in the grounds of an Italianate mansion.
