Beacon Lodge is a beautiful, period house in the so-chic village of Burnham Market, one of the most sought-after locations in the whole of East Anglia. Sleeping up to eight, it has a large gated garden, and that, with its proximity to the coast, makes it a real family favourite.
This lovely, friendly house (just up the hill from The Green at Burnham Market) is in a quiet, unspoilt part of the village. Set back from the road to Burnham Norton and the coast, it's the perfect place for children to play and parents to relax.
It’s one of our beautifully restored, traditional brick and flint farm cottages. Six cottages are located in rolling countryside on a working farm, with Beacon Lodge just a little way away in the nearby charming Burnham Market.
Beacon Lodge is very well equipped, with a log fire (logs provided), a secure garden with barbecue and garden furniture, two bathrooms (one en-suite) and a separate cloakroom downstairs, Wi-Fi, TV, DVD player, microwave, filter coffee machine, iron, dishwasher and parking for three cars. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Locally there are woodlands, uncrowded beaches, marshes and sand dunes, miles of country walks, cosy pubs, RSPB nature reserves...and a real feeling of space and freedom.
