The self-catering holiday accommodation consists of three garden flats sleeping 4-7 in Torrisdale Castle, and five traditional cottages on the estate sleeping 2-10. The flats and South Lodge are STB 3 Stars and other cottages are STB 2 Stars.
Torrisdale is an ideal base for excursions to the islands of Islay, Jura, and Gigha. Birdwatching, walking - the Forestry Commission has some interesting walks in the area, and golf - ranging from the tricky 9 hole course in Carradale to 18 hole championship course at Machrihanish. Golf offers.
Many visitors to Torrisdale come to relax and absorb the glorious scenery, nature and wildlife. Torrisdale Estate is situated midway down the east coast of the Kintyre peninsula, close to the fishing village of Carradale.
